Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective products.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Exchange Process

  • Email care@casemify.com with order details and photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, ship the item to Printify Headquarters, 814 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA.

  • A replacement will be sent after receiving the defective item.
