1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be issued if the product has defects or damage upon arrival.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • To request a refund, contact us at care@casemify.com with photos of the defective item.

2. Return Process

  • If your return is approved, send the product to our return address: Printify Headquarters, 814 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless defective.

  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refunds.
